Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is complete satisfaction at every visit.

  • Refunds are not offered
  • Clients may request a complimentary touch-up within 24 hours
  • Touch-ups apply only to areas included in the original service

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours incur a 50% service fee

This policy applies to:

  • Residential clients
  • Commercial clients
  • Recurring service clients

Service Estimates

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days
  • Services may be scheduled up to 14 days from quote date
  • Pricing may change if:
    • The condition of the space differs
    • Scope of work increases
    • Time required exceeds estimate

Deposits & Payments

  • 50% deposit required to secure an appointment
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Remaining balance charged 24 business hours before service
  • Accepted payments:
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    • Discover
  • 2.9% card processing fee applies

Mandatory Deep Clean

All first-time clients must begin with a baseline deep cleaning to establish service quality standards.

Client Preparation Responsibilities

Clients are encouraged to:

  • Remove ¾ of excessive clutter
  • Secure fragile or sentimental items
  • Inform us of sensitive surfaces or special care needs

⚠️ Failure to prepare may result in an additional 75% service adjustment fee

Every service is performed using our eco-safe system, prioritizing:

  • Non-toxic, biodegradable products
  • Child- and pet-safe formulations
  • Improved indoor air quality
  • Reduced chemical exposure
  • Sustainable, low-waste practices

Specialty products may be used only when required for safety or effectiveness.

Travel & Holiday Fees

  • Properties outside a 25-mile radius of 75228 may incur mileage fees
  • Mileage beyond 25 miles is billed at $0.65 per mile
  • Holiday appointments may include an additional fee

Property Access

  • Accurate access instructions are required
  • Delays over 15 minutes may incur a $25 access delay fee
  • After 30 minutes, service may be marked missed with a 50% rescheduling fee

Pet Policy

  • Pets must be secured during service
  • Additional fees may apply if pets significantly extend cleaning time

Laundry & Linen Care

  • Available upon request
  • Charged per load
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Undisclosed delicate fabrics
    • Specialty-care items

Accidental Damage Protocol

  • Damage is documented immediately
  • Clients must report concerns within 24 hours
  • Resolution depends on item condition and circumstance

Limited Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Fragile décor
  • Poorly mounted or unstable items
  • Normal wear and tear

Severe Weather

Weather-related rescheduling is permitted without penalty for safety.

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality, including:

  • Personal data
  • Property details
  • Conversations during service

We do not sell or share personal information except as required to perform services or by law.

Before/after photos may be taken for:

  • Quality control
  • Training
  • Internal documentation

Marketing use is permitted only if images are non-identifying.

Surveillance Disclosure

Clients must disclose any indoor active cameras prior to service.

Clients agree not to hire or solicit Avbabs Cleaning Services staff for private work for 12 months following the last service.

Violation fee: $1,500 per incident

We reserve the right to discontinue services for:

  • Safety concerns
  • Policy violations
  • Non-payment
  • Repeated scheduling issues

Clients may cancel recurring services per the 24-hour policy.
